Stupid app don't work half the time. When I try to schedule a Go Link it says over 1 hour wait, which is not true. Since they combined the zones in my area it routes me to a driver far away even though a driver is nearby with no rides scheduled. I have heard others complain of the same issue. They took our bus so it's this or Uber. This is very frustrating.
It's very convenient
Time slots for buses randomly disappear without saying that it is "cancelled". How am I supposed to know if the bus is just really late or if its not coming until the next hour? Most of the bus routes don't even have live GPS, so I can't see how close they are to my stop. Very unreliable in the afternoon.

a little confusing on which service you're using. The scan tool on TM one-way ticket has never worked on the scanner. Seems like an issue easily detected and fixed, but hasn't. Overall functional aop.
